CONTEXT
Strained council vs community relationship -
Communications only happen after “incidents” occur, making interactions feel adversarial.
Bottom-up governance - Using autonomy over authority to help shape a place (i.e. permablitzing or transparent governace using blockchain)
Smart city - Not using tech of tech’s sake - innovation should be representative of the inhabitant’s needs
